With the right guidance, education, and coaching, you will be empowered to heal yourself from the inside out, finally being able to look and feel healthy, and experience true wellness in your body, mind, and spirit.
Our approach to health and wellness is holistic, meaning we look at the whole body, mind, and spirit. This includes past and present: reviewing health history and previous labs, test results, procedures, surgeries, illnesses, since everything takes a toll on the body. Together we can help identify the root causes and any missing links in order to truly transform your life. We develop a personalized plan with prioritized steps based on what needs to be addressed first for maximum healing to take effect.
Whether you are just starting out with trying to find the root cause of your or your loved one’s health concerns or you are on the road to healing and need specialized guidance or more education.
This consultation starts with a 60 minute call to discuss your current health status and review your health history, lifestyle, recent lab test results, and any relevant procedures or surgeries. Next, the need for additional testing will be discussed. After the call and any additional testing is completed and results have been reviewed, you will receive a personalized plan with prioritized steps including recommended supplementation.
Follow up call will be scheduled 4-6 weeks later to review health status, any changes, and any new lab results. Afterwards, you will receive a new personalized plan with prioritized steps including any changes to supplementation. This consultation can be purchased on a scale of varying amounts of follow up calls and updated plans with a minimum of two follow ups, the last one with education on how to wean off supplements as needed, and coaching on maintaining progress and self-assessing need for further intervention.
Everyone has stuck stress patterns and while our emotions bring richness to our lives, the residual charge of stuck stress patterns can diminish our health, affect our relationships, and sabotage our success. Everyone can benefit from NET, including babies and children!
How does STRESS affect your health?
Stress responses such as fear, anger, grief, and many others can sometimes negatively affect us long after the original event that caused them. When our body fails to 'let go' of these responses we can find ourselves with unexplained aversions, self-sabotaging behaviors, destructive beliefs, phobias, and many chronic physical problems.
Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) is an approach to identify, and help you let go of, 'stuck' mind-body stress patterns.
If you're in a weakened state due to poor nutrition, stress, or physical trauma, everyday stress responses may not resolve naturally. Later in our lives when we experience a similar situation, the old response pattern can kick in. We rarely see the link between the past event and our present situation. NET can help identify the unresolved event and release the lingering charge.
If you have a chronic condition that leads to exacerbations and subsequent hospitalizations or have been diagnosed with a condition that will need hospitalization and/or surgery.
Too often, patients are not given full informed consent and do not have someone to be their advocate and help communicate their needs and wishes to the medical team. This program will give you 24/7 access to education, advice, support, and advocacy when you need it the most. If located in NJ or PA, this can be in-person support depending on the location. Otherwise, it will be virtual only with access to a private chat for texting during the program period; increments are available in 3, 6, 9, or 12 month periods.

Kristin was like a light in the darkness when I was struggling with what I didn’t realize was chronic Lyme disease at the time. Kristin not only advocated for me to have proper testing and diagnosis, but also followed through with my treatment, constantly checking up on me to ensure I was progressing in the right direction. If it hadn’t been her, I wouldn’t want to imagine what my condition would be, but definitely in much worse shape than I am today. Thanks to her, I’m alive and thriving!
